Current Opportunities
1. Home Health Aides (HHA): Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with personal care and companionship. Perform light household tasks, remind patients to take their medications, meal preparation, accompany to appointments.
2. Registered Nurses (RN): Provide education and support to patients and their loved ones. Supervise CHHA , initiate plan of care and update as needed. Remote calls and in person CHHA supervision. Report patients clinical status to the provider.
3. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): Evaluate patient in their home, provide support and compassion, update the plan of care, supervise the CHHA, report changes to the provider.
4. Care Coordinators: Manage patient care plans, scheduling and coordinate services, ensure seamless communication between patients, families, and caregivers.
5. Administrative Staff: Support the daily operations of our agency, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Ensure compliance with Health Care laws and regulations.
6. Companions: Escort the patient to their appointments, social activities, Provide compassion and support. Light household task and prepare meals. Remind patient to take their medications.
